Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 13, 2026

At Prickly Pear Marketing Co, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

Information We Collect About You

We collect several types of information from and about users of our website, including information:

  • By which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, or any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline ("personal information").
  • That is about you but individually does not identify you.
  • About your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our website, and usage details.

How We Collect Information

We collect this information:

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us via our contact forms or calendar booking widgets.
  • Automatically as you navigate through the site. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.

How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

  • To present our website and its contents to you.
  • To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us.
  • To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
  • To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
  • To notify you about changes to our website or any products or services we offer or provide through it.

Third-Party Processors

To operate our website and deliver our services, we share certain information with the following third-party service providers. Each processor is contractually obligated to handle data only as directed and to maintain appropriate security measures.

  • Google Analytics 4 — We use Google Analytics 4 for anonymous traffic analytics. It is loaded via Cloudflare Partytown, which runs the analytics script in a web worker to minimize performance impact. Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data such as page views, session duration, and referral source. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
  • LeadConnector / GoHighLevel (GHL) — GHL is the CRM system that receives contact form submissions made through this website. GHL also hosts the appointment booking widget embedded on our /contact page. Information you submit via the contact form or booking widget (name, email, phone, message) is stored in GHL. See GoHighLevel's Privacy Policy for details.
  • Cloudflare — This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare also provides edge analytics (aggregate, non-personal traffic statistics) and Turnstile, a bot-detection service that protects our contact form from spam. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser fingerprint as part of bot-check verification. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
  • n8n — n8n is a workflow automation service used as a fallback delivery path for contact form submissions if our primary CRM integration is temporarily unavailable. In that event, your submission data (name, email, phone, message) is relayed through n8n to ensure delivery. n8n processes this data solely for the purpose of routing the submission.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions and lead records are retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal recordkeeping purposes. Anonymous analytics data is aggregated and retained for up to 14 months per Google Analytics 4's default configuration.

Cookies & Analytics Opt-Out

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. Google Analytics places cookies in your browser to collect anonymous usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Additionally, enabling a browser-level Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal will be honored where technically feasible.

Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to request access to, deletion of, or correction of the personal information we hold about you. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "CCPA Request." We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal information, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request and confirm deletion within a reasonable timeframe.
